Smart popcorn machine shines at Asia Theme Park Expo

At the 12th Guangzhou Asia Paradise Exhibition, a small and exquisite fully automatic popcorn machinecovering only 0.3m³ became the focus of the whole exhibition. The whole process from feeding to serving is 90 seconds, and 50 standard packs can be produced per hour.

2. Immersive viewing experience:

The 20-inch panoramic glass observation window clearly displays the whole process of corn kernels "dancing" in the spiral glass tube

Equipped with a neon lighting system, the popcorn robot is dazzling and can be accurately seen at a glance.

3. Intelligent remote management of mobile phone background:

The mobile phone background can remotely control the machine on and off. Its intelligent inventory management system can automatically warn of replenishment based on sales data, and push reminders of corn/paper cup remaining to the administrator through the cloud. ;

"It's like bringing the essence of a food factory to a commercial space," exclaimed the purchasing director of Universal Studios Singapore. "We are particularly optimistic about its potential for application in theme park queues."

Redefining the standard of snack food

In response to questions on whether machine production affects the taste, Mr. Huang, head of the R&D team, demonstrated a comparative experiment on site: using the same batch of corn raw materials, the completeness rate of traditional manual blasting was 82%, while that of smart devices was 97%. "The constant temperature system can accurately control the bursting time to avoid partial burning," he explained, "just like professional chefs always have a more stable fire than home cooks."

As the exhibition continues, this device that continuously gushes out the aroma of caramel continues to attract more international buyers. "Made in China is using hard-core technology to give the most traditional snacks a new lease of life."
